Apartments, Chalet Regina in Selva di Val Gardena
Holiday homes in a dream location with stunning views of the Dolomites and within easy reach of the Col Raiser cable railway
Nice to meet you!
We are happy to welcome you to our lovely flats in Selva.
Since we too are very avid travellers, we can’t stand false promises and superficial hospitality, we love to offer our guests the most authentic experience possible: that’s why you’ll have the possibility to explore the famous Dolomites, while feeling completely at home in our cozy, Tyrolean-styled, but contemporary flats.
The house sits atop the Plan da Tieja hill, where you can enjoy the sun on your balcony or in the garden already during the first hours of the day and enjoy a magnificent view of the Sassolungo mountain range. The Col Raiser cable car, which brings you to Col Raiser, Seceda and the Odles mountains starts in close proximity to the house and is an ideal starting point for your trips.
From there you can take off and live your own adventure on our breathtaking mountains, or reset your mind and body in one of the many lovely alpine huts… whatever you’ll choose, it won’t take you longer than 5 minutes to walk there from your home. Do you need even more sport? Also for skiers Col Raiser and other Sellaronda slopes are easily reachable by foot and after a successful trip you'll be able to ski all the way back to your doorstep, while the summer offers plenty of dedicated trails for mountain bikers. After that you can get some much needed regeneration in your private infrared-sauna. (only in the apartments Martina, Tina and Tiziana)
Finish your day with a stroll through Selva, where a lot of different bars and restaurants offer a great variety of local and delicious dishes and you'll get to enjoy our culture also from a culinary point of view.
No matter if you are looking for rest and relax or sport and adventure, if you are trying to gather new energy or test your endurance, we've got you covered and hope to welcome you soon to our beautiful valley and wish you an unforgettable stay.
Andreas Runggaldier and family.
